1. Using the Website

You may use the Website only if you are 18 or over and use it for business purposes. If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. What the Website does

The Website provides general information about EXM and forms to share event requirements, apply to join the preferred venue network or the partner network, and send enquiries. The Website does not make bookings, take payments or sell tickets.

Submitting a form does not create an agreement and does not oblige EXM or you to proceed. Any commercial relationship, including its commercial terms, is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by EXM and the other party.

3. Information you submit

You must give accurate, current and complete information, and you must have the right to share any personal data of other people that you include. Please do not submit confidential or commercially sensitive information through the forms; where confidentiality is needed, we will agree terms with you separately.

You keep ownership of the information you submit and grant EXM a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it to review and respond to your submission, including sharing it with relevant venues, agencies and specialists, in line with our Privacy Notice.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Website in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• submit false or misleading information, or impersonate any person or organisation;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or connected systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Website;
• copy, scrape, harvest or mine content or data from the Website by automated means without our prior written consent; or
• use the Website to send unsolicited communications or to infringe the rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, design, graphics, diagrams, photographs, the EXM name and the exm. logo, are owned by or licensed to EDGE Holding USA, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Photographs are used under licence from third parties.

You may view and print pages for your internal business use. No other use, reproduction or distribution is permitted without our prior written consent, and nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use our names or logos.

6. No advice and no warranty

Content on the Website is general information and is not professional, legal or financial advice. We do not warrant the availability of any venue, agency, specialist, date or opportunity, or any commercial outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Third parties

EXM does not own or operate venues. Venues, hotels, agencies and specialists are independent businesses and are responsible for their own services. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only; we do not control them and are not responsible for them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXM and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising from or in connection with the Website or these Terms. To the same extent, our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with the Website or these Terms will not exceed USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify EXM and its affiliates against claims, losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Website.

10. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Website at any time. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data and cookies.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Website, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.

This clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you are located, to the extent those laws apply.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These Terms govern use of the Website only and do not replace any signed agreement between you and EXM. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or successor.

14. Language

These Terms are published in Arabic and English, and both versions are intended to have the same meaning. Where applicable law requires the Arabic version to prevail, the Arabic version prevails.
